Content Specialist
Roles and Responsibilities
- Write relevant content for various channels, including websites, email marketing, social media, videos, and blogs.
- Write using search engine optimization (SEO) tactics to increase a website's online presence in search results.
- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web and social media traffic
- Create engaging, research-intensive downloadable (e-books, playbooks) content for lead generation
- Showcase sufficient knowledge of social media to handle the company’s social media pages and promote content to a broader audience.
- Demonstrate the willingness to learn and evolve
- Be organised and able to meet deadlines
Skills Required
- Strong writing skills - long-form content & creative copywriting
- Strong verbal communication skills - English
- Fluency in using Google suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides etc.)
- 2 - 3 years of experience in content writing
- Understand SEO and the ability to create SEO Friendly content
- Strong research skills
- Work independently without direct or daily supervision.
